My Control Panel is missing?

Hi, I'm having problems trying to get into my Control Panel, it displays default Programs now. When I try to get into it, it displays a message to check with Administrator. I'm running Windows Vista. I've read other threads on subject and they usually ask for a Hijackthis report, so i've done this much and before i go further I'd like someone to review it and tell me what they think. Well, if someone reads this thier input would be very helpful and appreciated. Thanx

Also you can only have ONE Antivirus program,


You have three you should remove two of them or stop them from starting at start up,

You have,

Avast

Norton

Kaspersky

They will conflict with each other,
