I use McAfee Virus scan. It detected the files and said it deleted them. I
just assumed it deleted registry files etc, but i was wrong.

I have now deleted all entries from the registry.

All I need to do is disable System Restore.

When I have done this, what do I need to do?

Will I be able to re-enable System Restore?

So am I right in saying, deleting those registry entries and turning off/on
System Restore has completely 100% removed the virus/trojan from my machine?

As this was a password related trojan, will I need to change any passwords?

It can do no harm and might save some later grief.

Hope this helps.

Will I need to change any passwords seeing as this is a password trojan?

System Restore has been turned off and then on again.

Hopefully everything will be ok now
