my computer turns itself back on after it shuts down

when I completely shut down my computer I come back
several hours later and it has turned itself back on does
anyone know why or can you tell me how to fix it thanks

Enter the BIOS
Check your manual or contact the computer manufacturer for how to if
you do not know how.

Look for something like "Wake on LAN" and "Wake on ring", normally at
"Power" tab.
Disable them.
