my computer turns its self on

@ 12am on the dot my computer turns its self on. I have
used black Ice to block a possbile threat. I have scanned
it using symantec and found no trojan. I don't know
what's on my computer or how to find it. I have used
packet sniffers to see if there is a spacific program
uploading to the internet when the computer loads. I
found an I386 file that sent a packet I deleted all the
contents of that file and it still turns on.

WHAT SHOULD I DO"?

Go into your your bios and look for a timer scheduled start, or a wake on
lan or wake on ring setting and disable it.
 
And disable PME (Power management event), LAN Cards/ DOCSIS modems etc can
convince a PC to turn itself on.
