My computer shuts down every 5 minutes or so

Michael

Hello,

Every 5 minutes or so my computer is shutting down with
this message:

The system is shutting down. Please save all work in
progress and log off. any unsaved changes will be lost.
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

Then I have a 1 minute countdown before it shuts down.
What can I do to stop this?

Thanks
