my computer shutdown by it self n then restart....

everytime i on my computer when i surf the net or play games after 10 to 15
minutes it will automatically shutdown by itself...then it restart itself
too....
then the computer will pop up saying whether i want to send a report... of
course i pressed send but til now it still restart itself ....please
help!!!thanx for readin...n hope to see your reply soon thanx alot....
P.S hope u reply by today cause it's been like this for a few days....

Hi

If you don't see any error messages, right click on My Computer, select
Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on Settings under Startup and
Recovery and disable 'Automatically restart'. Next time your PC reboots,
you should see a Blue Screen. Could you please post the Stop Code from the
BSOD?

Also, please have a look in the Event Viewer to see if any entries there may
refer to the problem.

Disable automatic restart on system failure (on SP2): Press F8 on restart,
and see the menu item to disable auto restart. Restart, and when the STOP
message appears, record information needed for further troubleshooting.

i don't understand...but when i restart i pressed F8 and it came out a window
saying safe mode,safe mode with networking and so on i pressed enable boot
logging then came to window again wat to do next?u said record information
what kind of information?
