My Computer & Search Command - HELP!

When I go into "My computer" and click on any drive, the search command
always appears and hinders me from entering into each of my folders. Does
anyone have any idea how to disable this so that I can enter into my folders?
Also, this search command appears when I load a CD into my drive.

regsvr32 /i shell32
