My Computer Opens up on startup

Hello,

When I startup my PC, whichever usename I log on to, "My Computer" always
pops up and its really slowing the computer down becuase of the time it takes

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've looked on Help and suppourt but it
only covers My Documents coming up
