My columns run from right to left instead of left to right. Help?

I must have done something to my setup. When I open a blank worksheet column
A1 is in the upper right hand corner instead of the upper left hand corner.
How do I fix this. All new blank worksheets are like this.

just try: tools / options / international -> default direction: left to right
