My columns and Rows are Numerical

Hey there Tippers!

First post and this seems like a friendly forum. I'd like some hel
with my Excel. I came back from work and my Excel (97) has changed bot
the rows and columns with numericals, rather than row A1, its now 1:1
Confusing - I am. Restarting the PC or the application does not chang
it. Could someone help please
 
in tools(menu)-options=general UNCHECK the line R1C1 reference style. tTthis
works for me in excel 2000. try
