My changes in quick parts not saved when outlook 2007 closed.

I have outlook 2007. Recently, when i have tried to make changes in my quick
parts building block entry, i can use them until i close outlook. when i
reopen outlook, i find that the changes i made were not saved. does anyone
know why this is happening??

I have the same problem with Outlook 2007 not saving Quick Parts from emails
when the program is closed. I have tried the suggestions in this form and
several others from different websites without success. I cannot find anyone
that can make it work. Seems to me MS has their head in the sand on this one.
If they cannot fix it or give advise on how to, they should at least
acknowledge the operation does not work. Quite annoying when I have to
copy/paste each time I need canned text. CG
 
Thanks for the reply. I totally agree. Have you tried reinstalling Outlook?
i wonder if that would make a difference. Thoughts?

Not likely to happen. MS employees rarely monitor this newsgroup and even
when they do, it's not an official support channel.
 
Brian, do you have any ideas as to where this problem could be posted with
the prospect of getting a viable solution?
