Yes, there is the Briefcase, but it doesn't have a default placement on the
Desktop.
Right-click a blank area on the Desktop then select New then Briefcase. This
will place New Briefcase on the Desktop, and you can rename it to My
Briefcase if want to do so.
or
Set your folder options view to "Show hidden files and folders" and deselect
"Hide protected operating system files". Now, navigate to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache in order to locate the syncapp.exe file.
Double-click on the syncapp.exe file in order to place My Briefcase on the
Desktop.
