My Access 2003 won't connect to any ODBC ssource - WHy?

I upgraded to MS Access 2003 and now none of the ODBC functions work.

I can test my ODBC connections from the XP administrator menu and the
connections are there and correct.

I can link to an Excel sheet if I use the XLS driver when I make the link.

But if I try to do
Imort --> odbc --> select ODBC source --> (select a valid source) --> then
nothing happens --> it should popup a screen that shows the data or tables in
the odbc soruce. Any ideas why? is there a security setting in access 2003
that is blocking All odbc?

option called Office
Plug-In.
