MVPS Hosts file updated 5 June 2008

when I install this I get this login box that says Connecting to
bp.specificclick.net., what's up with that???? have to roll back my host
file to stop it

It sounds like a tracking cookie to me, specifically from any site using
"Site Meter".

What browser are you using?

Do you permit 3rd party cookies?

IE7, on a fully patched service pack 3 machine
