Aha! Time to give Hostsman a run around the block!
Remembering to overwrite, not merge.
Defender nicely pops up and says 'Oi! Do you want your hosts file messed
about with?'
I say yes please.
I now have 15745 names.

I must say, Hostsman does make this utterly painless. Even fun! (How sad am
