Is there a way to take the MVI 30 second and 3 minute videos from my Canon
digital camera and burn them onto a DVD to watch on a DVD player? I have
burned them onto a DVD using BJ's Gold but when I put the DVD into either of
my 2 DVD players it comes up as "disc error." I am trying to be able to
watch these little videos on something other than my computer. Is there a
way? Thanks in advance for the help.

What size and format are your videos in currently ?

The allowable video size for DVD is as follows:

MPEG-2, 525/60 (NTSC): 720x480, 704x480, 352x480, 352x240
MPEG-2, 625/50 (PAL): 720x576, 704x576, 352x576, 352x288

Your source video must comply with these sizes and must also be MPEG-2
format.
Since they are from a digital camera I suspect they are not in MPEG-2 format
but AVI format. Converting them can be tricky and will reduce quality.

See here for conversion "HOW-TOs" : www.doom9.org
