MVC, MVC2, MVC3 and razor

I tried to create dot.net project using MVC3. I noticed it is using
Razor script, file extension are cshtml.
I am using Visual Web Express.
My question - is there an option to update Razor script in design mode
- I mean to drop controls from the tool box and see the results?
