Mutiply in a range of cells ?

Formula for this:

I have a range of cells A4:A31
Each cell has an entry like eg DF17 897450
That actual ref number is irrelevent
But for the cells in A4:A31 that do have an entry I want to multiply the
number of cells by 20 so in this example it would be 28 x 20.

So A4:A31 is 28 cells with entries therefore x 20 answer should = 560
