Mutant Outlook Express and Picture It!

I have IE version 6.0.2800.1106 Outlook Express 2002
integrated within. Recently when I "Send" mail I get
Windows Intaller attempting to install "Microsoft Picture
It! Photo 2002". "Error 1706. No Valid Source could be
found for the product Microsoft Picture It! Photo 2002.
The Windows Installer cannot continue" - Error message
occurs. I guess there is some problem with spell checker,
as after 3 cycles of this I get - "The spell check on
this document was halted. Do you want to send anyway?"
Norton SystemWorks does not see this problem when I check
for program integrity.

Any Ideas?

Hmm. This can happen for a couple reasons. Check out this article:

224176 OLEXP: Spelling Checker Does Not Run on Message in Outlook Express 5
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=224176
You also should try expanding csapi3t1.dl_ from your install cd to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

You can also try uninstalling spellcheck from office, renaming this
registry key and then reinstalling spell check.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing Tools\Spelling

Post back if that doesnt work. There could be some other things going on,
customer dictionaries, etc..
