Must you reboot DC after changing password security policy?

Do the domain controllers need to be rebooted after a change to the password
security policy is implemented?
 
Hello Ziek,
It depends on the settings you want to apply. Any change to LSA requires a
reboot to take effect. Restrcitanonymous and things of that nature. LSA
is refreshed only on reboot.
