Hi -

I want to remove the menu bar and toolbar for a small db and replace it with
a customer menu bar only.

I am having trouble removing the built-in menu bar. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks.

Tools
Startup
Menu Bar (set to yours)
Allow Full Menus (uncheck)
AllowBuilt-In Toolbars (uncheck)

Thank you for the info. But this is really eluding me.

I created a menu of one command. Unchecked the boxes as described below.
When I open the db, I get a message that a macro, of the same name as the
menu bar, is not running.

When the form opens, the new menu added onto the standard menu bar. What
have I done incorrectly?

Is you bar a menu bar or a toolbar? Did you set the main application menu
in Startup to the name of your bar?
