Must be more than 1

I have a form and do not want someone to be able to enter
a number with a value of less than 1 in D11, D12 & D13.
Can I have a message pop up saying - "Number must be 1 or
more" if they try and write it then move off the cell?

Put data validation on the cell (Data>Validation).
