If you just want a couple of symbols to give an impression of music, you can
find some at 266A and 266B, in the Miscellaneous Dingbats character subset
(the Arial Unicode MS has a larger variety in this character range). For a
complete set, you'll need a font made up entirely of musical symbols
(there's a free one at http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/musical_symbols.html and others,
including the clever MusiQwik, at http://www.fontspace.com/category/dingbats,music,symbols), but if you want
to actually create sheet music, you might be better off getting an
application designed to do so.
