Depends. If they do NOT have digital rights management, there are many
encoders to go one format to another. If they DO have digital rights
management...

1. Make an "audio" CD. Not "data", "audio"

2. Use any ripper to get the audio off the CD and any MP3 encoder to encode.
Audiograbber is nice.
