music clips

I can insert music clips from the clip library. No sound
comes out after inserting it. Any help?

you usually neeed to click on the icon for it to play or

in the animation settings I think you can set it to play
on entry
 
Do you hear sound when you go to View > Slide Show? Sounds don't play
automatically in the Normal view.
