Multiuser Data Entry

I have designed a form in MS Access and I want to share my form so that other
users can also enter data. I have the form on a shared folder in my computer,
which is also connected to a LAN. Other users can enter to the shared folder,
they see the mdb file and open it, but they can not open the same form at the
same time. How can I modify my form so that many other users can enter data
at the same time??
