multiple XP users with the same email address

[New to XP...]

I've set up my folks on XP at home as different users but
they share the same email address in outlook express.

When one logs on and opens an incoming email the other
cannot see the email in their inbox, only the one who
opens it retains it.

How do I ensure that when an email arrives they can both
see it regardless of who opens it first or whatever order
they log in?

I've searched through 'help' but can only find advice for
multiple users with different email addresses. It's not
practical for them to have seperate email addresses.
