Multiple Workbooks Opening in Same Window

One of my users has this minor but annoying little
problem. Whenever more than one excel file is opened it
opens the files in the same window as opposed to a
separate one for each. Is there a remedy for that?

If Excel is running and you go to file open then the file
will open giving you two open files (workbooks) in Excel.
If you want one with workbook1 open and then another
Session of Excel with another workbook, then start another
session of Excel. You can do this by actually opening
Excel again or by clicking on a workbooks shortcut.

Tools>Options>View. Check "Windows in Taskbar".

OR if you want to see two workbooks on the same screen, Window>New
Window>Arrange.
