I am currently assessing the use of Outlook in my workplace, but not for
e-mail. We need to have shared Task lists and Calendars which can be accesse
by multiple users symultaneously.

The catch is, we have multiple users on each computer and our network is not
setup to have individual log-in's, is there a way to seperate outlook into
different users even if it is on the same network login?

any help would be appreciated

Yes - set up a separate Outlook Profile for each user. (Control
Panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add). However that won't get round the sharing of
Tasks and Calendars issue.
