Multiple users with same user name in diff Domains

We have noticed that we have 2 same logins for 2
different users in our forrest on AD. Although they are
both in the same forrest they both are in completely
different domains. Does that cause of problem? Or since
they are in seperate domains their user accounts are ok?

You can use a one and same logon name at once in the domain, but in multiple
times in the forest.

This will not cause any problems. That is a strong point to implementation
of child more than one domain.
