Multiple Users-All log off

We have a new computer setup at work with multiple user accounts. Are we able
to log off all users and still have the computer running or will computer
shutdown? One of the user accounts is the Admin account. Trying to make sure
that only the users listed can log on to computer.

When you log off and don't choose "Shut down", the computer will remain
on. You'll be at the Welcome Screen or the classic logon box, depending
on your logon preference.
