Multiple toolbars

I just upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP
Professional. I think everything went well, however, now
I have not 1 but three toolbars. If I try to delete one
of them, Windows gives me an error message saying that I
can't delete it. Anyone have a suggestion?
 
Right click on a blank area of the task bar and de-select the ones you
don't want. (A check mark next to the menu item means it is visible.
Click to hide it.)
