Multiple toolbars with same name

Hi All!

Is it possible to create two custom toolbars in outlook 2K
of the same name?

I have a addin which is creating a tool bar. Is it
possible that I create multiple toolbars with same name.

I would really appreciate any help.

Outlook should return an error if you try to create a toolbar with the same
name as an existing toolbar.
