Multiple sent folders

I need to set up two seperate sent items folders, one for my personal email
and one for work email - how can I do this ?
 
You can create all the folders you want, but Windows Mail won't use a
second Sent Items folder. You would have to manually move each
sent message.
You will do much better by switching to Windows Live Mail,
because it uses a separate Sent Items folder for each account:
