Multiple selections to form question

I am setting up a table and then a fill-in form to duplicate a paper survey
that we conducted of participants in a trade show. Some of the questions can
have mutiple answers. How do I accomodate that in the table and/or form?

Sub form? Nested form? Lookup tables?

I'm relatively new to access and am learning as I go.

Thank you so much! I haven't had a chance to look at the application yet,
but it should help point me in the right direction. In addition there are
lots of other goodies at that site and some of the links - a whole new world
so to speak.
