Multiple Screens and W2k pop ups

I have (2) multiple screens up and running and was wondering if there is a way to configure the "Ctrl,Alt,Delete" screen along with all other windows pop ups to display on the default "left" monitor and not "center" screen separated by the monitor frames. Thanks
 
Assuming yr using a dual display graphics card, this option is usually
avilable via supplied software
