Hi

I need to set up about 35 rules in outlook, is there a quick way o
doing this rather than doing each one individually

I need to set up about 35 rules in outlook, is there a quick way of
doing this rather than doing each one individually?

How would setting them up otherwise be any quicker? Let's assume, for
example, that you could just make them using, say, Notepad. It would take you
almost as long to type them out and then load them into Outlook as it would
take using the Rules Wizard. There are a few shortcuts to rule making
involving the addresses on the message (i..e, right-click an address and
choose Create Rule), but on the whole, it's no more difficult to use the Rules
wizard than any other way.

Depends on the actions and conditions of the rule. If these are all "From
.... move to ...." rules, then right clicking on a received message of that
person and choosing Create Rule... might be faster for you. There are some
other common conditions and actions in this dialog as well.
