Multiple Reminder Change

I import an Access database to populate my Outlook calendar. The problem I'm
having is that the database does not have a reminder setting, so all of the
reminders on these imported activities are defaulting to "off" - no matter
that I have it set to default new calendar entries reminder="on".

Is there a simple way turn the reminder on for all entries in the calendar?

Export to Excel, change the obvious, reimport to Outlook.

We just changed our procedure recently which had us taking the Access
database, importing it to Excel, running a script, and then importing to
Outlook. Now we import directly from Access to Outlook. Seems like that
answer is a step in the direction we are trying to get away from. I would
rather beg the Access database owner for approval to add a Reminder on/off
column to the Access tables than have to add two additional steps to our
procedure.

Thanks for the response at any rate.

That's really the fix you need. Have the Access DB use a Boolean reminder
field (plus the needed date fields for when the reminder should fire).
