Is there an analysis package available for free download that includes
multiple regression anlaysis?

The Regression tool of the Analysis ToolPak can be used for multiple
regression.

It's not available for download. It's on your Office/Excel installation CD.

Choose Tools | Data Analysis | Regression. If Data Analysis is not on your
Tools menu, choose Tools | Add-Ins, and check the box for Analysis ToolPak.
If Analysis ToolPak is not a listed add-in, install it from your
Office/Excel CD:

Start | Control Panel | Add or remove programs | Microsoft Office | Change |
....

All items in the ATP multiple regression tool can be either directly
calculated or derived from LINEST output.
