Multiple Qualifiers

How do I do a sum function with multiple qualifiers?
Example:
Column A = Region (north, south, east, west)
Column B = Size (large, medium, small)
Column C = Results

The data is about 9000 rows long. How would I build a
formula that would calculate the results for LARGE
agencies in the NORTH?
