Multiple Personal Folders

I've got multiple personal folders after doing a system restore. but am
unable to remove the second occurrence I have only one entry in data
management. I would be happy to rename the current Outlook.pst and then
import any emails I require but how do I create a blank new clean and
unadulterated Outlook.pst file.

Simply create a new mail profile and configure it to use your current ..pst file.
