windows with IE 6 in Winxp how can i fix this

Internet Explorer can be configured to open web pages in a single window or
multiple windows. I'm thinking that you forgot to include a complete
description of the problem you're having in this post?

Also, you'll want to post that question in the newsgroup for Internet
Explorer. The following page has the links for those newsgroups. One is for
reading the newsgroup in a browser window. The other will open the
newsgroup in the Outlook Express newsreader:
