Multiple Outlook User profiles on Common Dept. Logon???

B

Brian Yerk

Hi there-
Im trying to setup multiple email profiles in Outlook 2000
under XP for many nurses that use a single nursing logon
to the network. I turned off password authentication under
services properties and can't get the darn thing to give
me the login for different profiles now when they login.
can't even get admin privledges under this network acct to
change settings.
Help! How can I delete certain profiles in outlook and get
this setup properly?
thanks for any help you may have for me. :)

Thanks so much- that helped- I actually figured out how to
config them clicking show information svcs checkbox during
a profile add and services->exchange server properties-
advanced setting logon network security to none and then
setting mail options in outlook (logging on to any users
box as administrator)to request a profile to use each
time, which causes a network logon box to pop up whenever
outlook is opened, so each nurses could enter credentials
when reading email, but I couldnt recall ever needing to
delete profiles so your tip relly helped to clean some up.
Cheers!

Make sure that users select File | Exit & Logoff when closing outlook 2k -
not just closing the window. Else the next user may not be prompted for a
profile.
