Hello all ..
This might be a very stupid question .. tell me if i am right ..

I have 4 NICs in my computer. Is it possible to have 4 different IP
addresses to each nic and each one being activated, on the SAME NETWORK?
AFAIK, We can only have one NIC activated, at one time, when it comes to the
same network. But when each NIC is assigned to work on a differnt network
(assigning a different Subnet and Gateway) it is possible to see all the
NICs being active and catering to each network.

Thanks for your time

Did you assign a different MAC to each NIC? It in Device Manager for
the properties of the NIC. While the NIC provides its own MAC, that can
be overridden by the OS, so check the properties of the NIC in Device
Manager. When you run "ipconfig /all", does each NIC have a different
MAC address?
