Multiple network configs

I have a laptop which I want to use at home and at the office. At the office,
we have an ISP that requires static adresses. My home ISP requires auto
detect settings. Can I have 2 different configs I can switch between
depending on where I am at without having to log in as a different user?
Can't seem to figure out how to do this. It'd be great if someone could
answer this or point me to info somewhere on the net to resolve this problem.
THANX!

I wish that I could answer your question but all I can do is give you some
ifnormation for future reference.

Its not a good idea to post to multiple newsgroups or to post multiple times
to the same newsgroups.

Check out third-party connection managers like these:
http://www.netswitcher.com - NetSwitcher
http://www.globesoft.com/mnm_home.html - MultiNetwork Manager
http://www.mobilenetswitch.com - Mobile Net Switch

Also, some professionally-oriented laptops, like IBM Thinkpads, come
with OEM network management software (Access IBM in that case, I
believe). See if your laptop does, too.
