Multiple MS Word Windows

MS Word 2003 Installed on XP Laptop

Before I started working at this company, I use to see multiple MS Word app
running with the document. All of my computers at home are setup to run
multiple MS Word app's on 1 computer. I like placing the word windows side
by side while creating 1 main document. Now, I only have several doc in 1 MS
Word application and I have to select the Window from the MENU up top to
switch between documents. This is annoying.

Do anyone know how to set to were I have multiple MS Word app's running?

Tools > Options > View > Windows in Taskbar
