How do I set MS Word to have multiple screens to select from?

An example is that it would like having multiple browsers open. You can go
to your bar and select one of the running browsers. My Word problem is that
it is running multiple documents but I have to go to the menu and select
Window. I don't have the luxury of viewing 2 or 3 MS Word documents at the
same time.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What version of Word are you using? The couple latest versions both show
windows in the taskbar by default.
Look in your Tools Options (or Word Options) dialog for a "Show All Windows
in Taskbar" checkbox, and change the selection. If it's on, then you click
on your taskbar to switch between docs; if it's off you use the Window menu
in Word.
