Multiple Monitor Utility

Recovering from a crash, looking for the utility I had that placed an
arrow at the top of windows allowing me to move a window to the other
monitor. Anyone here familiar with it? TIA

Win 98SE and up contain support for multiple displays. You don't need
additional support.

There's also an app called wndhop - a hotkey app that flips the active
window between monitors.
