Multiple Monitor Command Prompt

Can you make a command prompt full-screen
(as in Alt-Enter) without a second monitor going blank?
I'm assuming not as its probably getting low level
(INT10 or something like that), but its worth asking.

I only see that behaviour on a multi-monitor
system when they are set to have a single desktop
spanning all monitors. If you have a separate
desktop for each monitor, only one will be affected
when the command prompt goes full screen.
