Problem finding what is causing multiple instances of
iexplorer to start up causing a drain on the system and
finally having to reboot. They show up in task manager but
do not on the desktop.

I have downloaded every spyware and adware deterents I can
find. I have tried BHO Deamon and it found nothing.
Have no idea where to look for whats causing this.

This may depend on your operating system.....

Check in Msconfig for any oddities.
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)
If you cannot see anything in Msconfig then:

Start-Run-msinfo32
Click the + beside Software Environment to expand.
Click Startup Programs
Ctrl+A to Select All, Ctrl+C to Copy.
Paste that information in your message.
